About Terri Dial

Terri Dial is Chief Executive Officer of Citi North America Consumer Banking and the Global Head of Consumer Strategy. In her NA Consumer Banking role, she is responsible for consumer and small business banking, Citi branded credit cards, commercial banking, and personal wealth management. In addition, as Global Head of Consumer Strategy, she directs consumer banking strategy worldwide in collaboration with Citi's regional CEOs to ensure consistent application of worldwide standards and best practices in marketing, customer service, innovation, decision analytics, and technology across Citi's Consumer Banking operations. Terri is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Judge Business School, Cambridge University, England, and the College of Arts and Sciences, Northwestern University, U.S. She is a member of the International Women's Forum and a Director of LookSmart Corp. Terri received her B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University.
